Good brands are the ones that are in line with their audience and the tone of their voice. But before you speak, you must listen. Challenge everything you know about your target market and learn about it. Use social media as a tool and discover how they communicate and prioritize.
Listening can go a long way. Every generation has its own preferences. While Millennials like their brands personalized, their parents like to see the authority with confidence to accumulate the followers.
After you listen, you adapt and create the right image with a great voice.  This voice should always be friendly to its audience. Always caring and understanding. Once you find it, you will have someone that listens to what you have to say. And that’s exactly how the good brand comes alive, together with its audience.
